“A unisex hat that began life as a Christmas present for my father. Such a challenge to make the 'perfect' present for a very special person. I settled on the school colors where I grew up and he was a teacher. In the large size, I even snuck in some hugs and kisses, known in Fair Isle as OXO. Knitting in the round, two-color stranded knitting, following a chart.

Size:
Small, adult average (approximately 18", 21.5"). 

Included:
Pattern.
Five colors of Jamieson's Spindrift 100% Shetland wool (64 g total, enough for any size in the pattern).

You will need:
Needles and notions US 1/2.5 mm and US 3/3.25 mm needles for circular knitting or size to achieve gauge.
Stitch marker, tapestry needle.

Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
