Flower Power Hat Kit - MFF 2026 - Preorder

Please Note: This is a preorder for the Michigan Fiber Festival Annual Hat Kit. Pickup will be available at the Michigan Fiber Festival in Allegan. Please add pickup location in the notes section, whether in-shop or Allegan. Preorders for Festival pickup close on August 10, and your entire order will be included for pickup. I you choose in-store pickup, it will be available starting August 14. If you choose to have your kit shipped, it will ship after August 18.

This hat was made for wearing to the woods to gather sap for making maple syrup, shoveling the heavy snow of early spring, all the while reminding the wearer that spring will come. Skills:
Knitting in the round, two-color stranded knitting, following a chart.

Size:
Approximately 21". Adjust size by changing the needle size.

Included:
Pattern.
Six colors of Jamieson’s Spindrift 100% Shetland wool (46 g total).

You will need:
US 1/2.5 mm and US 3/3.25 mm for circular knitting or size to achieve gauge. Stitch marker, tapestry needle. 

Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
