Simply Pretty Band Weaving Kits

I’ve included tips that I find helpful for weaving. Each kit represents one of the patterns in our first collection of inkle bands, Simply Pretty Bands. All kits contain full instructions for weaving a band. Please note that these kits assume you are already familiar with the technique.

Skills:
Reading drafts, color key, and band diagrams.

Size:
1" wide, up to 5 yards long.

Included:
Pattern, Maurice Brassard 8/4 unmercerized cotton.

Autumn: seven colors, 88 g/285 yards.
Carnival: seven colors, 93 g/297 yards.
Fruity: five colors, 88 g/285 yards.
Gingham: four colors, 93 g/297 yards.
Rainbow: six colors, 88 g/285 yards.
Splash: four colors, 93 g/297 yards.
Spring: six colors, 88 g/285 yards.
Team Colors: three colors, 88 g/285 yards.
Violets: six colors, 88 g/285 yards.
Wilderness: four colors, 88 g/285 yards.

You will need:
Inkle loom, 23 or 24 string heddles, a belt shuttle, scissors, ruler, and other things you normally use when band weaving.

Hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
